Derek D. Larimer

Derek has over 30 years of experience in Residential and Commercial design. He graduated from Kirkwood Community College’s Architectural Drafting program in 1985. He came to Ahmann Companies in July of 1992 as a drafter to help implement a recently purchased CAD software system. In his years with Ahmann Companies, Derek has worked on countless projects ranging from single-family residences to multi-story commercial buildings.

Derek is proficient in several different computer programs and works closely w/ our Architect, Engineers, and Project Managers to create construction documents. He also helps oversee and coordinate submitted documents for projects under construction.
