Jacob J. Allen

Jacob Allen is the Principal of Fusion Architects and a resident of Iowa City. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa, and prior to receiving his Master of Architecture degree from Iowa State, he worked as a Contractor throughout Eastern Iowa. Jacob has worked for both design firms and developers on a diverse range of project types of various scope across the state of Iowa, including research laboratories, K12 schools, dormitories, high-rises, commercial offices, multi-family, mixed-use, and industrial buildings.
Jacob is currently a Board Director for the Iowa Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, the Treasurer of the CRANDIC chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute, and the President of the Southeast Iowa Architects Section Board. When not at work he enjoys chillin’ and kickin’ it with his wife and dog.
